For anyone who is not aware, Hedges SBN's weekly class is open to all UK SBD Federation members.
Also, this is extended to former members that wish to reconnect, regardless of timescale.
It is important for everybody who is able to attend these invaluable lessons, to maintain a standard in our martial art.
These lessons are particularly important for students preparing for a Dan grading.
