Master Joe Bonehill SBN, seen here training with Kwan Jang Nim HC Hwang, is running classes commencing Monday 17th 6.45-7.45pm.
Also, there are classes on Saturday Mornings 9.40-11am.
Open to all abilities and ages.
Joe will teach you the martial art of Soo Bahk Do.
Make note, these are the only Official classes in Burscough teaching Soo Bahk Do.
Soo Bahk Do has many benefits apart from self defence and fitness, which include building confidence, focus, and discipline to name a few.
It is family friendly, so great to do alongside your children in a safe, friendly atmosphere. Also a great way of meeting new friends.
